Structural Colour

An old 1960s apartment with a fragmented plan, according to the needs of that period, is now turned into an open plan. In this new unified space, the colour treatment of the perimetre highlights new subsections that accommodate the various uses. In this respect, colours are turned into a “soft” building element whose intensity is controlled by its tonality and hue.
